What are the shipping fees ?

Normally, we do not charge any shipping fee.

Deliveries to some remote areas outside of the USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Germany may be subject to shipping charges, we welcome you to consult our customer service staff at any time if you have any questions.

How Long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • Shipping times are typically 7-10 business days . These shipping times are not inclusive of our processing time, which is typically 3-5 business days.

  • Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are sorry that not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

  • Unfortunately, we sometimes are unable to control delays in the shipping process for reasons such as weather, public holidays, etc. at both the shipping and receiving locations. But your tracking information will always be up to date!

How can I track my order?

All packages are shipped with tracked shipping. You will receive the tracking number at the email address provided during checkout, once your package ships. Please check your Junk folder if you have trouble finding the shipping confirmation.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Once your order is placed, we can no longer change/cancel/adjust your order. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for  lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect (or incomplete) addresses or uncollected packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to deliver the package to the correct address.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for clear and serious quality issues, such as cracks or broken parts. For such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the product via email or Shopify inbox.

Normal tuning differences, pitch variations, or personal playing preferences do not qualify.

Return Shipping

The customer covers return shipping, unless the item arrives damaged.Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method (5–10 business days).
